30-Day Fitness Challenge

You know how women say that there is a certain age when their bodies changed. Well, I think I’ve reached that age, so for this month’s challenge I’m dragging myself off the couch and starting Jillian Michaels 30-Day shred.

Last night I took measurements of my waist, hips, upper arm, and thigh. I weighed myself and don’t plan to look at these numbers again until the end of the challenge.

Will I see “big results” at the end of my thirty days? Honestly, I don’t want to shed a lot of weight. I’d be happy with four pounds, but I’m interested to see if I get more toned and lose a few inches.

I also plan to combine the twenty-minute workout sessions with two-three miles of walking three times a week. I’m going to keep eating the foods I normally eat, and after thirty days I’ll see if I don’t look like Ms. Jillian Michaels. Lol

    Good luck!! The Shred is a KILLER workout.. I’ve not done it for 30 consecutive days.. especially now that I’m running a lot, but I’m tempted to join you on the challenge after my upcoming WDW trip! Keep us posted!
