I have survived week one and if you are following along, so have you! Do I feel different? Not a lot, but I think I might be getting stronger….a little bit. So how did I do over the week? Not too bad, if I do say so myself.
- Worked out to Jillian Michaels 30-day shred 6 of the 7 days
- Golfed 9 holes
- Walked 9.27 miles
- Ate everything I wanted
My biggest weakness is treats. I’m beginning to think that the four cupcakes I ate yesterday was not the best idea. This week I’m going to try to cut back on some of the sweets and treats. How did you do? What is your biggest weakness? Get ready for week two!
